ABOUT OUR STAFF:

 

Senior Pastor Alan Carson- Pastor Carson has over 23 years of pastoral experience . He grew up in the Chicago area. In September, 1980 he trusted Christ as his savior. Pastor Carson has a BA in Bible from Northland International University. He also has a Master of Arts degree in Biblical Studies and a Doctorate in Pastoral Theology.

 

He and his wife Amy were Married in 1984 and the Lord has blessed them with five wonderful children: Amanda, Alan Jr, Anna, Andrew, Alicia.

 

Pastor Carson is an avid sports fan and sports have played a vital role in his ministries over the years.

 

 

 

 

 

Youth Pastor Jim Davis --  Joined the Staff of Merson Church in September 2000 as Youth Pastor. He graduated from Liberty University  with a B.S. in Accounting and a minor in Bible. He and his wife, Amy have 3 children: Arianna, Nathan, and Grace. Jim enjoys sports and spending time with family and friends. His favorite verses are John 8:12 and Matt. 5:14. His desire is to see the youth continue to grow to know God and to share Christ with others.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Pastor Gail Pike - He has been a faithful servant of God to the people at Merson for over 55yrs.  He helped grow the church and has had an impact on so many lives.  He continues to serve the people Merson  and a desire to see them follow Christ.
